Kesha的這首<Here Comes the Change改變即將到來>
其實早在今年九月份已經推出。
這首歌是Kesha為了電影<On the Basis of Sex（台譯：法律女王）>
所寫的電影主題曲。
On the Basis of Sex，直翻就是「以性別為請求權基礎...」。
這部電影以美國現任最高法院大法官Ruth Bader Ginsburg為故事主軸。
從他進入哈佛法學院成為9/500的女性，一直到為了改變法律上的性別不平等而努力，
至今Ruth Bader Ginsburg仍受到各方的敬重。
而電影中的官司則是一名未結過婚的男性主張他因照顧他無法獨立自主的老邁母親，
應該要有抵稅額。但是此抵稅額的制度，法律規定僅限定於女性、喪偶或離婚、
或一個丈夫其妻子失能的情況才適用。
Ruth Bader Ginsburg認為這顯然是法律對於性別的歧視。
值得特別指出的是，這首歌的正式版MV依照以往電影主題曲的慣例，
將電影片段結合在裡面。
MV的最後出現Ruth Bader Ginsburg和法官的一段對話。引出當時代，
人們仍不認同「女權是人權」的情事。
法官：「『女人』一詞在憲法中從沒出現過。」
RBG：「『自由』也沒有，法官大人。」
我想這首歌是獻給所有為了看見自己所希望的改變而努力的人們。
不論你們為了什麼奮鬥，路上一定有許多的阻礙。
有時讓你會懷疑自己，甚至放棄自己。
但永遠記得自己的初衷，還有啟發你的事物，以及那些和你併肩奮鬥的夥伴們。
